Conditions governing access to and use of the institutional website of ECOS SI.S.MA. SRL by users. Last updated: 30 July 2026.

1. Acceptance

By accessing and browsing the site, the user confirms they have read and understood these terms, the Legal notice, the Privacy notice and the Cookie notice. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the site.

2. Services offered via the site

The site enables, in particular: • consultation of institutional information on the company, services and projects; • submission of contact requests and project briefs; • submission of applications. Submitting a form does not automatically create appointments, quotations or employment relationships. Any follow-up is subject to assessment by ECOS SI.S.MA. SRL and, where applicable, subsequent written agreements.

3. Proper use

The user undertakes to: • provide truthful and up-to-date data in forms; • not use the site for unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent purposes or purposes harming third-party rights; • not attempt to compromise the security, availability or integrity of the site; • not upload content that infringes third-party rights or the law (where upload is available). ECOS SI.S.MA. SRL reserves the right to suspend or disregard abusive or clearly unsuitable requests.

4. Accounts and authentication

The public institutional site does not normally require user registration for browsing. Any reserved areas (e.g. CMS) are for authorised personnel only.

5. Service availability

The site is provided “as available”. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure. Continuous availability or freedom from errors is not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual property

Use of the site does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the content to the user. The Copyright page and Legal notice apply.

7. Privacy

Personal data are processed under the Privacy notice. Submitting forms requires acknowledgement of the notice and, where provided, consent.

8. Changes

ECOS SI.S.MA. SRL may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Users are invited to check the updated version periodically.
