05 — Area protection
Measures to safeguard parts of the building, adjacent spaces and significant elements during works.
06 — Execution
Controlled delivery of works in accordance with design, regulations and good site practice.
07 — Control
Verification of phases, workmanship quality and consistency with agreed objectives.
08 — Documentation
Collection of photographic and informational evidence useful for traceability when required.
09 — Handover
Site closure and orderly transfer of the work to the client.
10 — Aftercare
Post-intervention support as defined contractually.
